Machining

In the field of machining we operate a modern and versatile machine park for turning, milling and sawing of workpieces in a wide variety of dimensions. By using equipment from renowned manufacturers such as Doosan, Emag, Hwacheon, Okuma, Hermle, Hedelius and Mazak, we are able to produce single parts as well as small and medium batch sizes in a cost-effective and reliable manner.

Our CNC turning and milling centers with powerful controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, Okuma OSP, Mazatrol) enable precise machining of complex geometries – from pure turning operations and turn-mill combinations through to 5-axis machining. This is complemented by flexible sawing technology for cutting bar and profile material. In this way, we cover a wide range of parts – from small precision components to large, heavy workpieces.

This combination of modern turning, milling and turn-mill centers allows us to machine complex parts in a single setup, reduce setup times and ensure high dimensional and repeat accuracy.

If desired, we support you as early as in the design phase with the development of production-oriented components.
